When I was a child I was known to suck the ink out of coloring, so I like to think I have art literally streaming in my blood. When I found I had no time for paints and canvases in college I quickly fell in love with a new medium that proved challenging and endlessly inspiring- makeup.

Since then I have grown up a little bit, adopted my soul mate in dachshund mutt form and married the most incredible man who (attempts) to understand my addiction.

Now I am a freelance artist in Colorado and like to think my obsessive nature and avid research makes me decently knowledgable (Ok, I may or may not perpetuate my addiction in ‘the name of research’), and I hope you enjoy reading about the things I love!
